Vision Architecture Bravo Workshop - Defining the Future State

Bravo workshops are perfect for when you're trying to plan something important like a digital product, a big move, a plan to invent or reinvent yourself, or you just need to redesign something that doesn't work for you anymore.

Bravo is a fast-paced workshop designed to quickly image a future scenario where things are different from today and you are identifying the who, what, where, when, why and how attributes of that scenario so you can determine how to reach it.

You will come out of the Bravo workshop with paper maps, your ideas loosely collected, and many captured attributes you'll use to define your future plans.  Of course, everyone is different and will have varying opinions about how the workshop makes them feel. All I ask is you keep an open mind and do not try to control or make sense of the process while it's underway and focus on enjoying the short time you'll be here with us and seeing what's on your mind, on paper.

How it Works:

  • This promotional Bravo workshop is designed for multiple people to attend the same workshop on a Zoom call.

  • We will all have our video on as it is an interactive session where everyone is starting and stopping together so I'll need to see you.

  • I'll be asking attendees questions at the start of each two-minute sprint and I'll also be doing the workshop with you.

  • We'll all write down what comes to mind for two minutes, then we will all move onto the next question together.

  • Once we've completed our six maps of Who, What, Where, When, Why and How, we'll share (or not) our findings with the group to learn of the ideas that came to mind and the follow up questions people have about how to move to next steps of planning.

What to Bring with You to the Workshop and Rules:

  • Bring at least six pieces of blank white 8.5 x 11" paper - preferably 10+.

  • Bring at least 1 dark ink pen that is thick enough the words can be read if you hold the paper up or take a picture of it to share.

  • Remember not comment between two-minute sessions so we can keep everyone on schedule.

  • If you're confused go ahead and quickly ask for clarification.

  • You are Not required to share what you write down if you don't want to, that's totally fine.

Please Note:

  • This 1-Hr group, Bravo promotional workshop, alone will NOT help clarify a detailed plan for you to arrive at your desired future state and it is the first step in gathering what you need to put that plan together over a few more sessions and discussions.

  • Most people will want to carry the conversation further, which is totally fine, just note the promo workshop will only run 60 minutes.

  • If you'd like to keep the discussion going please go ahead and book more time on my calendar via the booking page.

  • Everyone will have a different experience during this workshop, please be considerate with everyone's time and process by keeping

  • Group workshops are purposefully very small in order to maintain a pleasant experience for everyone to explore their ideas.

If you prefer a 1:1 session:

  • If you'd prefer to book a 1:1 Bravo workshop where it's just you and I and we follow directly with a 1-Hr discussion session you can also book things that way on the Booking page or email me describing the length of time you'd like to reserve for various topics.
