Stephanie and I were peers in the eBusiness department for Bio-Rad Laboratories. Stephanie took on several challenging analysis assignments during our time working together (e.g. error message remediation, shopping cart redesign, ERP communication plan).
Stephanie demonstrated the ability to take large sets of different data, conduct a thorough analysis, and pull out meaningful messages that made sense and challenged the status quo. She was able to work effectively with everyone on the team and at all levels in throughout the organization.
She was extremely proactive and diligent in her approach and I don't think there is an assignment out there that is too tough for her to tackle.
