Bravo Vision Architecture Workshop - GenXer, Caring for Family & Aging Parents

I did a Bravo workshop with an engineer who had a lot of responsibilities and not much time for exploring other interests so during the workshop he came up with lists of activities and how much time he was spending so he could come up with a roadmap to carve out more time for himself and his interests.

Keep in mind, many folks are in a situation where they are caring for their own families, working, and also taking care of their aging parents which doesn't leave much time for sleeping let alone, doing things for yourself in your "free time".

While this the case for many people, particularly Gen X folks, right now we can still focus on finding time now and planning to have it in future years when things may change. This can include kids going off to school during the day and transitioning care strategies to include more folks doing more work to spread the responsibilities of taking care of aging parents among multiple family members.

Bravo works for any scenario you find yourself in.
