My Vision Architecture workshops are composed of four separate sessions which focus on a different aspect of your journey. If you're interested in understanding exactly what's going on today, what we call the "Before" or "Current State", so you can gain traction on changing things, go for the Alfa workshop.
If you're all about imaging the future and going boldly into thinking about what that might be, go for the Bravo workshop which focused on the Future State or the "After" picture of your "Before" picture.
If you've done the Alfa and Bravo work you're going to be wondering how to get from A to B. We have a fun, creative, and specific set of steps and maps we use to vet out the items that will need to change in order to reach your future state and that workshop is called "Charlie", for Change. You'll need to detach yourself from some things you don't want to bring forward with you into the future, wrap up and close the loop on things to leave behind, and finally, get a general idea of when you'd like to achieve these things.
The fourth workshop in Vision Architecture is Delta. This is where we plot a specific journey, with numbers, dates, times, directions, logistics, and tactical items you'll use as you work toward attaining the future you defined in Bravo sessions.
This is where things feel really, real. Delta is like GPS for your life, in that you are charting a course to literally get yourself from where you're sitting, standing, or existing right now into a different situation and arrive comfortably with everything you need, nice and safe, with a manageable amount of stress. Every change brings stress which is just human nature, but this should not be painful stress, more like excitement and awareness of the trust you're taking in following your own instructions.
