As we worth through our Charlie workshop we break the time span into three phases. Some dots represent starting points that come from the Alfa workshop and map over to the Bravo workshop to the far right of the timeline.
As we include items from Alfa and Bravo attributes, you can see one of Camille's lists in this photo as well, you start to create a very specific mapping of how you will get from your current state situation to your future state and all the milestones and big dots along the way. Once you have a high level plan you can start to attribute realistic time frames to your bigger tasks and get a real feeling for scheduling various steps and activities you'll take to hit each one of the items in your new roadmap.
