In my role as Portal expert, I worked with Global Drug Safety executive leaders, business SMEs, Corporate Communications, and IT to create the first Global Drug Safety collaboration portal to connect 13 global office locations and multi-lingual employee to share drug safety labeling processes, regional regulatory policies, and to grow community between global office locations.

I interviewed and gathered detailed business and functional data requirements, designed the content taxonomy for use in Documentum, developed content with regional SMEs, and trained new content creators to maintain the collaboration portal. Aligned closely with Amgen IT to follow enterprise IT standards, policies, processes, procedures, and best practices.
