I co-created and authored business processes, business requirements, functional, technical, and document taxonomy requirements for this regulated Document Management (DM) system to manage documents being used for the highly regulatory drug safety submission process. The project included defining a method and process to inventory, migrate, and retire the legacy Quality Assurance Document Control system and workflows migrate 1 million documents into the new DM.

In my role as a Technical Product Manager, I worked with the Director Anti-Piracy and game disk Mastering Labs to automate EA’s home-grown intellectual property management system used to assign game versions to specific game testers, burn secure copies onto DVD or Blu-ray, and disallow copying or distribution beyond each individual tester. The initiative required mapping and documenting technically complex, intricate, and process-heavy instructions to confirm the current then future state of people, process, and technologies. I managed all aspects of the business, functional, and process requirements, project plans, development phases, resource management, status, and reporting to executives through successful waves.
