This is the baseline of all my workshops. It's from W5+H we capture our variables and can start to figure out where we are, where we want to go, how to get there, and what to bring to make it on time with the resources we have for the trip.
The workshop is fast, fun, a little like seeing confetti flying out of a canon and very rewarding as we organize, create structure, and come up with a solid architecture to use your best ideas to get the environment you want on the timeline you define.
