2023 - Heading Home to CA

While working remote for Meta, I spent time in the Midwest to reconnect with family members. I was able to help with some family emergencies, rethink the types of work I want to keep doing, and come back to CA somewhat rested, and ready to work with multiple clients vs. putting all my time in one basket for one client.

I spent some time in the Midwest during 2023 when most everyone was still working from home. I thought I should visit and help out with some family things and once the snow cleared and it warmed up I headed home to the Bay Area.
