Future Storytelling: Governor's Post Tornado State Address

This is a summary of a graphic novel story I put together showing the benefits of using AI-driven emergency response systems during tornados and other public safety issues around the state. Showing that using advanced technologies would be beneficial in tracking what works and what is improving public safety overall throughout the state of Oklahoma.
