Electronic Arts - Multimedia & Graphics Software, Video Games

Technical Product Manager - Contract – Redwood City, CA, Sep. 2006 – Dec. 2007

Technologies: Microsoft SharePoint, iRise, Java, SOA

In my role as a Technical Product Manager, I worked with the Director Anti-Piracy and game disk Mastering Labs to automate EA’s home-grown intellectual property management system used to assign game versions to specific game testers, burn secure copies onto DVD or Blu-ray, and disallow copying or distribution beyond each individual tester.

The initiative required mapping and documenting technically complex, intricate, and process-heavy instructions to confirm the current then future state of people, process, and technologies. I managed all aspects of the business, functional, and process requirements, project plans, development phases, resource management, status, and reporting to executives through successful waves.
