Once you've completed your Alfa and Bravo Vision Architecture workshops and you're ready to create your strategic plan that gets you from your current to future state, Charlie is the workshop for you.
Charlie focuses on the assigning of value, not necessarily monetary or time, to your current state information and your future state information. We measure your current values to your future values and align the attributes you most want to carry forward and determine how to wrap up the attributes you want to leave in the past.
The process includes looking at and using the output captured from your Alfa and Bravo workshops. Because Charlie is the workshop that creates a roadmap from your current to future state, Alfa and Bravo are prerequisites for Charlie.
