This was a Pre-K Autism class where I was Substitute Teacher for CCSD, here in NV, back in November. It was amazing because the Special Education Teacher Assistant said it would be great if I could set up a coloring area and leave it set up throughout the day to see if the kids were into it. They'd had a few challenging days recently and the thought was coloring might capture some of the kids attention more so than the usual program and if so, the day may go a little better

The kids in this class were so full of personality and specific interests I was amazed at all the ways they decided to communicate with me during my time visiting as their substitute teacher. The Special Education Teacher's Assistant ran the class like a well oiled machine and the kids love her.
