SOA Portal Information System Architect for the CIO of the US Navy
Assignments: Prepare for a massive content migration into the AquaLogic Interaction (Plumtree) portal, design execution plans, and prepare for the rollout of new Employee Self Services.
* Consulted with Navy CIO and business stakeholders to design portal rollout strategy
* Elicited functional, business, technical, collaboration, and content requirements
* Created proofs-of-concept for dozens of dynamic portal business communities
