Portal Instructional Design Program Lead for the CIO of Defense Finance Accounting Service

Assignments: Design an education program for Plumtree portal and Documentum content management system to drive adoption in 5.9 MM users and launch the program.

* Consulted with CIO and Portal Manager to design appropriate education program
* Cross-functional collaboration liaise among CIO and all business stakeholders
* Designed graduated Information Manager education program supported by HR
* Central lead instructional designer and developer for custom DFAS training
* Created 6 courses for external business users and 20 for managers of the DFAS portal
* Authored courses to cover portal functionality within the context of business processes
* Courses covered project and content management and portlet development
* Collaborated with Tiger Team for large scale content preparation and migration process
* Developed 508 compliant courses to provide access for persons with disabilities
* Delivered live Webex portlet development workshops for 25 international site locations 
* Designed portal training tracking system for Human Resources to take over management
* Developed all interactive communications and promotional marketing for CIO
